The Järki projects of the Baltic Sea Action Group aim at improving water protection and biodiversity in agriculture, while ensuring safe, sustainable and profitable food production. Tyrsky carried out a survey of international examples of water protection as well as nutrient and manure management in agriculture, providing valuable information for various Finnish actors in the agricultural field and ideas to the development of the Finnish agri-environmental payment system.
