Kati Berninger

Kati Berninger (M.Sc. (Agr.For.), Ph.D.) is an experienced and international environmental professional. She has a Ph.D. degree from UQAM in Montreal. She has worked in development co-operation in Nicaragua, Mexico, Ghana and India. Kati is a broad ranging expert, who understands large entities, is efficient in information search, and writes understandably about complicated issues. Kati has special expertise on sustainable forest management, environmental issues in agriculture, nutrient recycling and climate change mitigation. Kati has written a book “Hiilineutraali Suomi” (“Carbon Neutral Finland” published by Gaudeamus in Helsinki 2012).
