Mikael Hildén

Mikael Hildén has a PhD in resource management from the University of Helsinki. With more than
40 years of active research he has developed expertise in combining approaches from different
disciplines of relevance for climate and environmental policy (research output) with a focus on
policy evaluation and the science policy interface. He has served as professor at the Finnish
Environment Institute, Syke, been expert member of the Supreme Administrative Court in Finland
and vice chair of the Finnish Strategic Research Council and member of several international expert
groups and evaluation teams.
