Amanda Eklund

Amanda Eklund holds a Doctorate of Science in Technology from Aalto University focusing on responsive materials based on natural polymers, which can be used, for example, in smart windows with adjustable transparency, or in medical applications such as tissue adhesionand. She has experience in information search and analysis. For her M.Sc. (Tech.), she focused on developing and studying materials based on biomass. Amanda is especially interested in solutions that aim to mitigate the effects of climate change and allow communities to adapt.
