Updating the programme of climate and energy actions (ILME) of Kauniainen municipality. 2016-2017.

The City of Kauniainen is committed to the climate strategy of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 39% below 1990 levels by 2030, and needed to update their Climate and Energy Action Program (ILME). Tyrsky updated the program in a participatory way, engaging civil servants to learning and strategy brainstorming, through four workshops, organised for the social and health, education and infrastructure sectors as well as the central administration. The outcome was engagement of the people responsible for carrying out the work and an updated ILME programme for 2017-2021.
