Evaluation of the Municipal Climate Solutions Programme

The Programme  accelerated and funded local and regional climate work in Finland in 2018-2024.  The goal of the program’s evaluation was to produce information on the program’s impacts on municipal climate work, such as climate emission mitigation and the integration of climate work into the municipalities’ everyday operations. Furthermore, the objective was to formulate development ideas and recommendations for post-program activities to utilize the results and strengthen effectiveness.

We participated in the evaluation as climate experts, conducted expert interviews, and developed case descriptions of a few projects funded by the program.

We implemented the project in collaboration with Owal Group Oy.
