Assessing public acceptance of wind power and fuel taxation in the Nordics

The goal of the project was to survey the state of social acceptance and the challenges related to acceptance of wind power and fuel taxation in the Nordic countries, and to produce recommendations for advancing social acceptability to enable the green transition.

We were specifically responsible for the Finnish part of the literature review. In addition, we designed and organized two expert workshops to gather information and validate the results for Nordic actors, and we participated in drafting and formulating the recommendations.

We implemented the project in collaboration with the Danish organization CONCITO and the Norwegian organization CICERO.
