Effectiveness with climate change management practices – The City of Kemi. The expert services concerning climate change work for the municipalities of Lapland. 2022-2023.

The aim of the consulting was to develop climate management practices in the city organization of Kemi. During the consultation the consults and the client contemplated how to translate the “green and resilient” -mindset into default working policy and criteria regarding the decisions and actions of the city. In addition, the goal was to solve how to help the whole staff of the city to understand  the meaning of “Green and resilient Kemi” in general and what it means in everyone’s daily work. The project consisted of interviews, conducting a small study and three online workshops with the staff of the city organization. The results were gathered into  a summary and recommendations for further actions.
